HOW CONSCIOUSNESS MAY WORK -- NEXUS THEORY SUMMARY

Originating in the mitochondria of all cells, biophotons (endogenous light = 'from within') are guided by structures with fiber optic properties along pathways leading to the cerebral ventricles, which are cavities filled with clear cerebrospinal fluid and lined with beating hairlike cilia. It is proposed that the timing of ciliary beating is synchronized with neural events so that biophotons are aimed by the cilia at discrete points within the volume of the ventricles (about 150ml total maximum). Biophotons guided into those spaces interact through wave interference with other endogenous light present there simultaneously to form dynamically resonant 3D holographic structures. Those dynamic structures together form a Nexus, a type of data connector operating in synchrony with and driven by the brain's neuroelectrical activities with feedback such that changes in the Nexus also influence the brain's electrical events and ciliary beating. The Nexus is thus formed from endogenous light and its properties are such that certain energies may interact with it other than those originating in the brain and body.

It is proposed that the Nexus being made of light itself and having a holographic structure, is able to interact with the background energy of the universe called zero point energy, virtual energy, or energy of the vacuum among others. This vacuum energy demonstrably exists by the Casimir effect and is believed to far exceed even nuclear energies in any given volume of matter or even empty space (seehttps://www.facebook.com/groups/BrainAndConsciousness/permalink/489477737739650/ for more details). That vast pool of energy we are saturated in is almost completely unavailable to us however as it is somehow outside our dimensional timeline and only barely interacting with our own by popping in and out of existence very briefly. So say the physicists and if they are correct that enormous background field of energy must itself be full of wave and particle interactions in a vast kind of holographic interference system. Nexus Theory maintains that in that vast pool of virtual energy exists the source of consciousness in a higher and unitary expression than our own which many teachers and faiths have called God, with most if not all of them in one way or another referring to God as being associated with light. Just as a traditional hologram may be cut into many pieces with each piece able to regenerate a picture of the whole image originally on it, a tiny part of that larger unitary consciousness is able to interact with the Nexus to animate the brain and body with what we erroneously recognize to be our separate selves in the grand illusion that is life. Consciousness is thus derived from the same source for everyone and we are all living parallel illusions of separateness.

What are the Alternatives to Viagra That Won’t Fall Flat

Viagra is a multi-billion dollar blockbuster drug, but it has serious side effects. Thankfully evidence-based natural alternatives abound…
Erectile dysfunction is no trivial matter. In fact, Dr. Mercola correctly labeled it ‘the canary in the trousers,’ insofar as dysfunction ‘where it counts’ reflects body-wide endothelial dysfunction, a well known precursor to cardiovascular disease.
But putting aside its importance for overall health, the male ego depends in large part on the ability to ‘get it up,’ and when things don’t work out as planned, quite a lot can go wrong as far as intimacy is concerned. It has been said that when sexual issues emerge in a relationship, they take on 90% importance, but when they aren’t an issue, they only figure 10% in the overall success of the relationship.
Men, especially in the 35-45 range, also are faced with what is known as andropause, as the levels of key ‘erotic’ hormones such as testosterone and human growth hormones start to take a precipitous decline.
The pharmaceutical industry has capitalized heavily on this ‘change of life’ phase, with Viagra taking on a ‘pole position’ for several decades.   But these pharmaceuticals have severe, if not sometimes deadly side effects. All the more reason why natural alternatives are in great need today.
So, what does the ‘hard evidence’ itself have to say on the topic of natural alternatives. Take a moment to look at what we have found:
  • L-arginine: #1 on the list is the amino acid l-arginine. A precursor to nitric oxide, this conditionally non-essential amino acid is especially important in times of trauma or stress. What makes is ‘conditionally essential’ is that while the body can normally produce adequate quantities, during times of stress (including burn trauma), the body is unable to produce sufficient quantities, at which time supplementation is of key importance. Also, when the arteries undergo what is called ‘endothelial dysfunction,’ and are incapable of dilating sufficiently, adding additional l-arginine can correct the condition by inducing nitric oxide up-regulation, subsequently increasing blood flow, which can lead to resolution of cardiovascular dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction. We have indexed no less than six clinical studies on l-arginine, either alone or in combination with another nutraceutical, indicating it can contribute to a reversal of erectile dysfunction.
  • Pycnogenol: This amazing substance has a wide range of health benefits. In fact, we have indexed over 80 evidence-based health applications here. When it comes to erectile dysfunction, pycnogenol figures as a profound synergist, working to amplify the benefits of l-arginine to the point where two separate clinical studies found the combination highly effective and safe in resolving erectile dysfunction.[1][2]
  • Panax Ginseng: This amazing Asian herb has been used for thousands of years to increase stamina and longevity. There is now a sizable body of scientific evidence supporting its traditional folkoric use, with a 2008 meta-analysis of the extant research on the topic, which looked at 7 randomized clinical trials to ascertain its value in erectile dysfunction, concluding: “Collectively these RCTs provide suggestive evidence for the effectiveness of red ginseng in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.”[3]
  • Maca: this South American tuber, both a food and medicine, and long identified as a means to increasing fertility and libido in both men and woman, was found in a 2009 clinical trial to have a significant effect “…on subjective perception of general and sexual well-being in adult patients with mild ED.”[4]
  • Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia): Like most traditional herbs, Tongkat Ali has had a variety of traditional uses, including as an “antimalarial, aphrodisiac, antidiabetic, antimicrobial, and antipyretic [fever-reducer].”[5] As far as its libido enhancing properties, two preclinical trials have found it effective in the animal model at improving sexual performance, confirming its aphrodisiacal properites.[6],[7]
  • Saffron: this sacred spice, highly prized as both a culinary ingredient and medicine, has been studied to have significant effects in reversing erectile dysfunction at doses of 200 mg a day. A 2009 study found: “Saffron showed a positive effect on sexual function with increased number and duration of erectile events seen in patients with ED even only after taking it for ten days.”[8]
  • Yohimbe: This potent herb has been found effective when combined with l-arginine to improve erectile dysfunction. A 2002 study concluded: “oral administration of the L-arginine glutamate 6g and 6 mg yohimbine combination is effective in improving erectile function in patients with mild to moderate ED.”[9] [Warning: Yohimbe and its active ingredient yohimbine is a potent nutraceutical with possible severe side effects such as hypertension. It is advisable to use it only under the guidance of a physician or medical herbalist to avoid possible side effects, especially if already using prescription drugs.]
  • Tribulis: This potent herb has libido enhancing properties for both men and women. We recently featured a study showing it helps women to increase their libido. The preclinical research on male libido is promising, with no less than three studies indicating its benefits for erectile dysfunction.[10][11][12]
  • Green Tea: A highly provocative animal study from 2008 indicates that green tea may address both the origin of erectile dysfunction by diminishing atherosclerotic progression in the corpus cavernosum of the male rat penis, subsequently indicating improvement in both erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular health.[13] This is, in fact, not the first study to show that green tea can correct endothelial dysfunction.[14]
  • Exercise: One of the best ways to improve your body image, self-esteem, and sexual vitality is through exercise. A 2009 study found that physical inactivity contributes to erectile dysfunction – essentially a no-brainer.[15]
  • A Sense of Humor: Living life with a negative attitude, especially when afflicted with a health condition, doesn’t reflect well as far as sexuality is concerned. A remarkable 2008 study found that viewing humorous films in patients with atopic dermatitis leads to short-term improvement of erectile dysfunction.[16] While we don’t know for sure if this study extends to everyone with the condition, it is instructive, perhaps, to look at a degree of levity and light-heartedness as an essential precondition to alleviating some degree of sexual dysfunction.  Sex should be fun, right? So lighten up by increasing you humor and joy, whenever possible.
  • AVOID STATIN DRUGS: One of the primary precepts of functional medicine is to avoid the cause of disease, rather than just suppress the symptoms. Statin drugs are well-known to adversely affect the male gonads, as well as reducing both testosterone and libido, leading to the well known consequence of statin-induced erectile dysfunction. Take a look at these 7 clinical studies if you need convincing that this side effect is read. Were statins effective at preventing heart disease, it would be difficult to reject them. But the fact that they are cardiotoxic makes it all the more questionable to continue on them, especially considering the severe quality of life issues they generate, including erectile dysfunction. Please share with your physician our research page on the 300+ adverse effects of statins to come up with a more reasonable approach to cardiovascular disease prevention.
  • AVOID Anti-Depressants: Perhaps surprisingly, antidepressant drugs have been found to be a major cause of sexual dysfunction. A 2006 study found that selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), e.g. Prozac, Paxil, are associated with sexual dysfunction in 95.6% of women and 97.9% men.[17] What a misnomer! What could be more depressing than killing your sexual desire with a pharmaceutical Band-Aid?
Ultimately, sexual dysfunction begins in the brain. Nothing can eliminate a dysfunctional relationship or a lack of intimacy that often follows from it. While natural interventions exist – Ginseng, Arginine, Tribulus, etc. – it should be remembered that that erectile dysfunction stems from more than just physiological issues. A lack of desire may reflect a lack of appreciation for one’s own self, body image, or sense of sensuality. Nonetheless, it is good to know that alternatives to pharmaceuticals like Viagra exist, and are evidence-based, safer and time-tested. Moreover, it is important to acknowledge that the ‘canary in the trousers’ often reflects cardiovascular dysfunction body-wide, and the best way to address that is through a radical transformation of the diet, focusing on a grain and dairy-free ancestral diet rich in high nutrient, low carbohydrate vegetables, tubers and fruits and berries, as well as high quality natural fats and protein sources that are consistent with our biological heritage.

FROM CHAKRA’S TO SIN’S, THIS INFOGRAPHIC SHOWS US HOW EVERYTHING IS INTERCONNECTED

Do you have regrets in your life?

What is it that you regret? How is your regret affecting how you live your life? Is it getting in your way? Is it keeping you from moving forward? Is it keeping you stuck in a cycle of feeling bad and beating yourself up over it?
We all have done things in our lives that we wish we had not done. We have hurt people, we have done bad things, we have crushed hopes and broken hearts. Some of our actions were intentional and some were unintentional. Most of the time we can forgive ourselves, make amends and move on. But what do we do when we can't?
I believe regret is a useful emotion in the short run but not in the long run. In the short run it can urge us to apologize and work things out. That can be a very good thing. If we carry that regret and live it over and over again it can be a bad thing. It can get in the way of our moving forward with our lives and living out our purpose.
It is important to learn to let go of the hold regret has over us. It is important to forgive ourselves. That does not necessarily mean that we forget what happened. It does mean that we move beyond it and that we don't let it govern our lives.
If we give in to it and let it be in control there is no way we can make up for our indiscretion and go on to live a useful life. And, that is what we need to do. We are no good to anyone if we dwell in the past, in something that we cannot change. It is over. We cannot go back and redo it.
What we need to do when we are stuck in regret is to gather up all of the energy we are focusing on being regretful. It is probably a lot of energy, especially if we are letting our regret rule our life.
Now create a goal that will be meaningful to you. Chose something that will be fulfilling, that will bring light and joy to you and to others. Make that goal as clear and compelling as you possibly can. Imagine it in full color, sound, three dimension - make it real.
Next focus all of your energy on it. Create action steps to take you closer and closer to making it come alive. When your energy flags gather it up and refocus on your goal. That is what is important and that is what will allow you to live in the present and into the future doing good things.

There are many small shifts

“The transformation process is not an all-at once thing that blows you out of the water. There are many small shifts, and each one takes some getting used to; you’re basically un-learning a long-standing habit and relearning a new one.
“…Most of us are used to living with suppressed fear, in denial, as a sort of make-do comfort level. We use strong fixed beliefs, opinions, and habits, as cover-ups so we never have to feel our core rage, panic, andpain; we just live in our head on autopilot.
“But this is not possible anymore. The transformation process evolves your consciousness from fear to love.
“That means you have to dissolve the fears and heal the emotional wounds that are in the way-by understanding them. And that means you have to face them, feel them, and decode them, which most of us dread.
“Each time an intensified wave of acceleration rolls through you, it dislodges low-frequency consciousness-and-energy or suppressed fear from your subconscious mind.
“Needless to say, you may experience varying forms of discomfort!…You may try and push it all back down in the substrata with various flight or flight behaviors…”
“The effort of avoiding and re-suppressing subconscious blocks eventually wears you out, and the exhaustion can make you feel disillusioned, unmotivated and hopeless…You are at the turning point. The last gasp of the negative path to transformation is when you’re finally so tired of resisting and controlling, and so overwhelmed by complexity, that you stop; there is nothing more you can do…”
“You’re forced by the process to simply be with what’s happening- to be with yourself and with the fears and the pain. You must experience the state you are directly in without voting on it or having to act.
“By simply ‘being with’ Life and ‘letting things be’ as they are, you return to an experience of your own ‘being’ -your soul- which was always present under the distractions.
“This is when you engage with silence and enter the nonphysical reality. And this is when your intuition opens.
“Now your soul can shine through shedding light on everything. Revelations emerge.
“Understanding and compassion dissolve the fears. There is release, relief and a return to joy. You feel so much better!
“This is the turning point in the transformation process-when the fixed mind surrenders and precipitates a huge expansion in the consciousness of the heart, body, unified filed, and the wise evolutionary Flow.”

The challenges of solar power

In an ideal world, it would be an affordable and practical solution for new electrical generation installations in developing nations to be fueled by low-carbon sources, such as solar, wind, and hydropower.  Solar seems perfect for nations with lots of sun exposure, and no efficient way of bringing the traditional electric grid to remote locations. However, there are many unexpected challenges with solar electrification that entrepreneurs are learning about while doing business in these developing nations, including installation and maintenance, infrastructure, and financing. Installation and maintenance, in particular, is often underemphasized, but it is just as important as the other challenges that make solar-powered electrification a tricky prospect.
One major hurdle for installing solar panels is the lack of skilled workers to do the job. Customers for solar panel installations could range from hospitals requiring over 20 kilowatts of power to small villages needing less than 500 watts to power the entire village. Some training is necessary to understand the complexities of these systems. This problem is being approached in a few different ways. Some companies are hiring and training dedicated installation crews to travel around vast areas doing the work. The problem with this arrangement, though, is that traveling between job sites is inefficient, and any downtime becomes very costly for companies trying to keep dedicated crews on payroll. On the other hand, if these companies hire independent installation crews then ensuring quality standards is harder to do. Also, companies are at the whim of the rates that the independent crews set. Not to mention, in some areas there are no independent installation crews for hire. However, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is stepping in to help. Recently, in Mali, the UNDP paid for the training of female solar technicians to perform installation, maintenance, and service for their entire village. Not only does this solve one of the difficult problems with solar installations, but the training also provides an economic boost for the entire village. Women are now able to earn a living wage to help further support their families.
Another challenge has to do with how transactions to purchase solar panels are structured. Most solar panel installations are a one-time transaction where a customer pays for the panels, equipment and the installation. The company delivers these products, then either installs the panels themselves or hires independent installers. In these deals, it is often unclear who will pay for maintenance when the solar panels break down. Many companies have little financial capacity to bring repair technicians out to remote locations years later to service panels (aside from reputation and customer satisfaction, which some corporations are not necessarily interested in), since most are struggling to make money as it is. Customers are often not in a position to pay much extra for maintenance either since they already paid a large up-front premium for the installation. Hospitals, schools, and businesses cannot afford to continue pouring money into solar systems that unexpectedly break down after two years, when they were supposed to work for twenty years.  But if no one is able or willing to pay for maintenance, the panels go unused and wasted.
Also wasted are the high hopes and expectations of the people who purchased the products. Because solar panels can be a novel technology in remote areas, if one person in a small village has a negative experience with solar, it is likely that others in the village will dismiss it. Entrepreneurs should not rush into high-minded plans of remote rural electrification unless they can ensure a very pleasurable and positive experience, because they might spoil the market for future years. If people are skeptical of solar, then they will continue to fall back on outdated diesel generators, which need just as much maintenance and costly fuel. Not to mention, these generators perpetuate adverse climate effects by pouring CO2 into the atmosphere. For these reasons it is especially important for like-minded entrepreneurs to share successful strategies and business models to tackle the problem of remote rural electrification and maintenance.
Currently there are some success stories in the field such as Devergy, and Bboxx that have done a commendable job addressing installation and maintenance issues. Devergy operates by training dedicated workers to service a village-wide micro-grid consisting of a few solar panels. Most entire village installations are not more than one kilowatt. Devergy installs smart meters and the villagers pay for their usage via mobile money. They essentially operate like a modern utility company.
Another wonderful company, Bboxx, uses extensive tracking and monitoring on all of their products to ensure safe delivery and operation for years. These companies show that despite the financial and logistical challenges, it is possible to build installation and maintenance into a successful business model. Bboxx, like other successful companies, provide ample training to locals so that the community can be involved. With better means of sharing best practices and effective models, hopefully future solar companies operating in the developing world can avoid prior mistakes and more efficiently extend access to power to the people they are serving.

Westar Energy in Kansas last week joined a long list of US utility companies that foolishly believe they can stand in front of tidal waves with their hands up like traffic cops to stop the rising threat rooftop solar poses to their business models.
As US utilities tack on fees and try to charge customers with rooftop solar installations more than those without them to stem the tide, the rest of the world has already realized those punitive efforts are futile and will do little more than distract utilities and delay their inevitable demise.
Accenture Strategy in Australia recently released a report on the fate of that country’s utility companies in this fast-evolving energy environment. The report revealed, not surprisingly, that innovation is the only way forward for utility companies.
“To manage the threat of the extinction, the industry needs to act now and take a leap of faith through reinvention, convergence and innovation rather than relying on the traditional mindset of defending the status quo,” according to the Accenture report. “This approach will favor the brave, and demands exceptional leadership.”
In South Australia, grid demand for huge parts of the day are expected to drop to 0 by 2023, according to a report released last week by the Australian Energy Market Operator. Because of dramatic growth in the rooftop solar industry, the AEMO estimates there will be no demand for grid power between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in South Australia within the next eight years.
In this scenario, rooftop solar will account for a quarter of all electricity generation in the state. One in four home and business owners in the state already have installed at least some rooftop solar, and electricity demand in Australia has dropped more than 7 percent since 2009.
Power provider Alinta announced last week that it would shutter two of its base load coal-fired generators.
“The ‘death spiral’ is in its early stages with consumption declining and mass uptake of rooftop solar allowing customer less reliance on the grid,” according to the report. “Ironically, the industry invested in infrastructure expecting demand to rise. Instead, it has steadily fallen but the investment is still needed to be recouped through increases in electricity prices. In response to this irony, savvy consumers have harnessed solar and utilized smart meter data to take control, proactively manage their electricity use and reduce their reliance on the grid.”
“The ‘death spiral’ will kick into overdrive” once energy storage become more cost-effective and viable, enabling mass grid defection, according to the report.
With that bleak outlook, it’s no wonder utilities are trying in desperation to find a way to beat back the solar revolution. However, Australia is committed to clean energy and if utilities want to make it through, they have to innovate. That’s what the good ones are doing.
Innovative utility companies are shifting from a monopoly commodities model to a customer service and interconnection agent.
“Powershop, for example, which is owned by New Zealand’s Meridian Energy, describes itself as an online power company and provides applications to allow consumers to monitor their energy use and bills and does not lock them into contracts,” according to the Accenture report. “The company has a light footprint compared with many traditional electricity retailers, employing only 70 people. It’s an approach that has secured it around 15,000 customers to date with ambitious plans to expand.”
The report highlights that utility companies will have to quit thinking like monopolies and start thinking like businesses. They will need to brand themselves, market themselves and invest in research and development. Accenture noted that water providers in Europe had to improve their tap water product and market it to avoid losing its customer base to boutique bottled water companies.
Product research and marketing are both uncommon requirements for monopoly utilities.
But utility companies are not monopolies anymore. They have competition from rooftop solar, and that competition is coming ashore white glove raised or not.

Sex Might Actually Make You Smarter

Forget mindfulness meditation, computerized working-memory training, and learning a musical instrument; all methods recently shown by scientists to increase intelligence. There could be an easier answer. It turns out that sex might actually make you smarter.
Researchers in Maryland and South Korea recently found that sexual activity in mice and rats improves mental performance and increases neurogenesis (the production of new neurons) in the hippocampus, where long-term memories are formed.
In April, a team from the University of Maryland reported that middle-aged rats permitted to engage in sex showed signs of improved cognitive function and hippocampal function. In November, a group from Konkuk University in Seoul concluded that sexual activity counteracts the memory-robbing effects of chronic stress in mice. “Sexual interaction could be helpful,” they wrote, “for buffering adult hippocampal neurogenesis and recognition memory function against the suppressive actions of chronic stress.”
So growing brain cells through sex does appear to have some basis in scientific fact. But there’s some debate over whether fake sex — pornography — could be harmful. Neuroscientists from the University of Texas recently argued that excessive porn viewing, like other addictions, can result in permanent “anatomical and pathological” changes to the brain. That view, however, was quickly challenged in a rebuttal from researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles, who said that the Texans "offered little, if any, convincing evidence to support their perspectives. Instead, excessive liberties and misleading interpretations of neuroscience research are used to assert that excessive pornography consumption causes brain damage."
Whether or not porn "addiction" literally damages the brain, even brief viewing of pornographic images does interfere with people’s “working memory” — the ability to mentally juggle and pay attention to multiple items. A study published last October in the Journal of Sex Research tested the working memory of 28 healthy individuals when they were asked to keep track of neutral, negative, positive, or pornographic stimuli. “Results revealed worse working memory performance in the pornographic picture condition,” concluded Matthias Brand, head of the cognitive psychology department at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
One myth about sex — or perhaps it’s just a joke? — is that “testosterone poisoning” makes young men stupid. Actually, a 2007 study in the journal Neuropsychologia measured the level of testosterone in the saliva of prepubertal boys, including some who were intellectually gifted, with an IQ above 130, some who were average, and some who were mentally challenged, with an IQ less than 70. They concluded that “boys of average intelligence had significantly higher testosterone levels than both mentally challenged and intellectually gifted boys, with the latter two groups showing no significant difference between each other.”
But if having sex can make people smarter, the converse is not true: being smarter does not mean you’ll have more sex. Smarter teens, in fact, tend to delay their initiation of coital activities. A 2012 study by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania found that high working memory decreases the likelihood of early adolescent sexual debut. Some researchershave attributed the delay to greater overall “competence” among smarter teens. But a 2010 study found that adolescents at both the upper and lower ends of the intelligence distribution were less likely to have sex. Most recently, a study of 536 same-sex twin pairs concluded that intelligence may be a red herring: the association is really between school achievement, not IQ per se, and age at first sexual experience.
In old age, too, cognitive abilities affect one’s chances of getting lucky. A study published just last month found that older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), often a forerunner of Alzheimer’s disease, were only about half as likely to have engaged recently in sexual activity as were their cognitively healthy peers. Of those with MCI, just 32.5 percent had recently engaged in sex, compared to 62.3 percent of those without MCI.
Perhaps, however, the dream of getting smarter through sex is just an alluring fantasy. Tracey J. Shors, a psychologist at the Center for Collaborative Neuroscience at Rutgers University, has reported that while many activities can increase the rate at which new brain cells are born, only effortful, successful learning increases their survival. As she said at a meeting on “Cognitive Enhancers” at the Society for Neuroscience in 2012: “You can make new cells with exercise, Prozac and sex. If you do mental training, you’ll keep alive more cells that you produced. And if you do both, now you have the best of both worlds — you’re making more cells and keeping more alive.”

What are the 7 Ways to Overcome Your Scarcity Mindset and Generate Wild Abundance

Here are 7 ways that you can shift from feeling powerless about the economy, and your state of mind, and upgrade your energy to wild abundance:
1. Spend time in nature. Nature routinely produces more than it needs and clearly reflects the principle of abundance. Think of flowers, plants and trees and the thousands of seeds they produce, in order to guarantee the continuity of their species. Whether it’s the certainty and cycle of the seasons or the proliferation of innumerable and differentiated life forms, nature models infinite abundance!
2. Define what abundance means to you. What does your life look like when there is overflowing fullness? Abundance is an energy that can be experienced on many levels – physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual. It is an idea that can be defined AND created. Invest the time to explore how YOU experience abundance and spend as much time with people, places and things that elicit the essence of abundance for you.
3. Shift the focus to your flow. You are creating abundance in your life just by focusing on where your energy is naturally flowing. What you focus on, you will see in your world. It takes seconds for a perception to occur and be acted upon. That’s because what you perceive is programmed. You literally walk around ignoring stimuli that is outside of the range of your current point of view. The more you focus on your flow, the more that will become the dominant force in your life.
4. Unleash your enthusiasm. Natural abundance occurs when you are a source, and a force, of passion and enthusiasm. Your excitement is contagious, other folks feel it and ‘catch it.’ Abundance is something that grows as you give it away. It multiplies in intensity and reach as you share it. This not only upgrades your environment but everyone whose life you touch.
5. Express your appreciation regularly. A great way to start and end your day is by listing three things that you are grateful for. As you ‘run out of’ things to be grateful for you will find yourself feeling appreciation for the ordinary and mundane things in life. This will saturate your everyday experience with the energy of abundance. This is a sure fire way to shift out of habitual thinking to a magical mindset. Appreciate the day, the sun, the sounds of early morning, your home, food, life, friends and family… in short, everything!
6. Eliminate or reduce negative energy influences. Your feeling mechanism is going to be the best way to gauge this. Notice what you are doing and who you’re with when you experience energy dips. You might need to cut back on watching the news, certain movies and tabloid newspapers. Notice which people drain your energy, for whatever reason, and either limit or eliminate them from your day to day interactions.
7. Hang out with juicy, vibrant people. You know who these folks are, they are naturally abundant. You feel an energy shift in their presence. Possibility sparkles and you find yourself feeling like you can do anything.
Realize that a scarcity mindset is a habit. Nothing more, nothing less. You can create a huge shift in your thinking, and consequently in your world, by regularly and consistently making a choice to choose abundance

What is Production Irons shaping ?

Shaping Technologies – Production Plants

In Shaping, as a Special Metalworking Process, the Correct Use of Innovative Machines and Tools is of Particular Importance

Hydraulic Rotary Transfer Machines

Hydraulic machine technology is mainly used for the production of large series. Each workpiece to be machined is partially processed at each station until it is finally produced. This is because all turning, milling and drilling operations are carried out simultaneously, thus enabling economical and complete production. In addition, the hydraulic and CNC-controlled machines ensure the machining of highly complex parts in a short  time frame.

Cam-Controlled Multi-Spindle Lathes

Cam-controlled multi-spindle lathes are impressive by virtue of their high cycle rates and efficiency.  Robust and easy-to-maintain, these machines allow high-precision production of turned parts with diameters from 5 to 26 millimeters while enabling process-safe production of large series at consistently high quality levels.

CNC Single-Spindle Lathes

CNC single-spindle lathes are ideally suited for production of complex precision, series and sample turned parts. In addition to metals such as brass, copper and stainless steel, the modern facilities also process Teflon and other plastics. The high-quality production is carried out in a diameter range from 0.3 to 52 millimeters.

Cam-Controlled Single-Spindle Lathes

Cam-controlled single-spindle lathes are used for the production of small and very small precision turned parts. These sliding headstock automatic lathes produce slim workpieces with extremely high precision. They are mainly used for medium and large series production - for inner conductors in a diameter range of 2 millimeters and plastic parts of one to 18 millimeters material thickness.
