Health Benefits of Fresh CABBAGE Juice...



Ok, it is Totally Great stuff for your Stomach and overall Health!

In order to get Maximum benefits from Fresh cabbage juice, you need to drink it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I think it is the only juice (as far as I know) which should be drunk in the quickest possible ways after juices in order to keep its Maximum health value! Other juices also as soon as but at least within 10 minutes after juicing.

I said it now just ones of How Important to add to each and every your Meal the CABBAGE based Raw salad., Knowing the fact that in India many things are Fried, the Importance of adding Raw Cabbage/ cauliflower is a MUST because it contributes not only to a Better digestion but also it Helps stomach to 'deal' Better with oily foods (!).

I say it again here cooking on COCONUT oil is the Best options for those who will never stop doing it. So cook, whenever you can, on Coconut oil.
