The results are in for the Top 10 people searched for in the United States for the wild and wonderful year of 2010!

Who will it be at number 1!? Will it be the young star Miley Cyrus, a vampire or werewolf like Robert Pattison or Taylor Lautner, or maybe the teen heartthrob Justin Bieber who took the music world and the hearts of girls around the world by storm! Who will it be!?

Without further ado, the most searched for people in 2010 are…

Number 10

Miley Cyrus, the popular young actress and singer who reached stardom through the very popularDisney Channel show Hannah Montana, who now enjoys a successful singing career and more.

Number 9

Selena Gomez, the popular actress and singer who got her start very early on the show Barney & Friends, and has found her success through Disney Channel’s hit show, The Wizards of Waverly Place. She is also a growing star in the music industry, so this multi-talented entertainer seems to be on her way in life and career, and on her way here to number 9!

Number 8

You knew the fantasy love of every woman and teenage girl in the world had to be here, and at number 8 we have Robert Pattinson, the vampire hero and every woman’s dream love from the Twilight movies!

Number 7

Now here is a surprise, a big surprise, as this person had a very strong showing in the U.S. all year long to find himself making the Top 10 for 2010, Rahul Ghandi, the popular politician from India. Congrats Rahul!

6. Finally we have some controversy at number 6, as Ileana Tacconelli, the teacher accused of being inappropriate by parents of some students at a private Catholic School in Italy, who accused her of being inappropriate for her past work as a model and actress. She won this battle and congrats on winning the battle for your job and for making the Top 10 Ileana!

The epic battle for top spot in the teen heartthrob popularity contest between vampires and werewolves goes to Taylor Lautner,  the werewolf in love with Bella in the Twilight movies. The werewolves may lose the battle for love in the movie, but they win the popularity war in people search land on 123people by showing up 3 places ahead of vampire Robert Pattison!

Here is a BIG surprise as his popularity has been at an all-time low in the U.S., but he must have found some love at some point this last year, as President Barack Obama comes in at a surprising 4th place for 2010.

Another surprise and the biggest one in the Top 10 sits at the number 2 spot, taken by Mezhgan Hussainy, who has found fame for her behind the scenes work on American Idol, for who she dates (shows host Simon Cowell) and her past in surviving and escaping war torn Afghanistan! It is nice to see someone overcome such danger, fear and adversity in what she must have faced in Afghanistan, to now be here and enjoying fame, fortune and peace in America! Congrats Mezhgan!

And finally, what we’ve all been waiting for, the most searched for person in the United States for 2010 is…

Teen heartthrob singer Justin Bieber! The fates have smiled on this young man, as this singing sensation has come from nothing and nowhere to make it big, very big! He worked hard for his chance and he is taking advantage of it as he now enjoys popularity, fortune and fame, including the new movie about his life “Never Say Never” coming out Valentine’s Day 2011!

The most searched for people in June include some fun, funny and inspiring people, with one of the most searched for people actually being a butt (literally!).

1. Justin Bieber

Is there any other young entertainer the teenage girls can search for? I ask this because once again the most searched for person is the kid with the bad haircut, yes Justin Bieber is at number one, again.

2. Taylor Lautner

Our favorite Werewolf, Taylor Lautner from “Twilight” is back, but this time for his new film “Abduction”, and for the films poster that’s getting the attention of all the girls.

3. Alicia Keys

The popular singer-songwriter and actress, Alicia Keys who hails from Hell’s Kitchen, is heading back home to New York and taking her talents to Broadway and producing Lydia R. Diamond’s play “Stick Fly“, which opens this December.

4. Natali Germanotta

The always wild and fun Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, surprised many by taking her little sister Natali Germanotta to the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York, where little sister got as much attention for her wardrobe as her big sister, who is as famous for her weird and wild look as her music.

This was a fun month of searches with some great people, including Carol Vorderman’s butt. If Carol Vorderman’s bootie can make it on the list this month, I can’t wait to see who (or what!?) makes it onto next month’s list! And isn’t it funny that after all the trouble and attention for Anthony Weiner, that he doesn’t even make our list, but the porn star he got into trouble for sending text messages to does!

The most searched for people in May is in and there are some fun, cool, sad and controversial people on the list for May.

1. Justin Bieber

In the top spot, and this is a big surprise… NOT! is the young singing sensation Justin Bieber, again. Can this kid ever be beaten out of the number one spot?

2. Nafissatou Diallo

Nafissatou Diallo is one of several women claiming to have been sexually assaulted by former IMF ChiefDominique Strauss-Kahn. With the number of claims against him, either this guy is a raving sex maniac or there is some kind of big conspiracy, and considering what the women are saying it sounds like Dominique learned about meeting women from Ben Roethlisberger, the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback who has several charges of sexually harassing and assaulting women against him.

3. Alexa Flutie

Alexa Flutie is daughter of famous Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Doug Flutie, best known for his game winning hail mary pass to win the Orange Bowl for Boston College against the Miami Hurricanes in 1984. Doug went on to play for the New England Patriots and now the family history with the Pats continues, as Alexa is named a member of the 2011 Patriots cheerleading squad.

This along with the recent separation from wife Maria Shriver is leading to a lot of bad publicity for the mighty Conan/Terminator/Governator.
