What Is Sexuality Really?

Everyone is so deluded about what sex and sexuality really are. Were fed so much propaganda through our social conditioning and cultural programming about them that no one really understands their true essence. And most people around the world live in a sex negative culture that makes them feel ashamed of their sexuality and like sex is wrong unless it is experienced within a very specific container, within the constrictions that your cultural programming says you should experience it. Men are fed bullshit about how sex should just be about fucking, women are fed bullshit about how sex should just be about love, religious people are fed bullshit about how sex should be about marriage…when are we going to be allowed to experience our sexuality naturally and freely for what it really is? The truth is that sexuality is just about evolution. And whats more is that sex is the ONLY thing that we are here to do. Our sole purpose here on earth as living creatures is to survive and replicate. Sex is in fact the meaning of life. It is where we came from, and what we are here to do. And it is both the simplest and most basic as well as the most ultimate and most meaningful thing a human being can do. To have sex is to fulfill the purpose of life and to become self actualized as a human being. It is to be in touch with your true essence and experience yourself and another human being fully. Human beings are simply evolutionary machines, and sex is an evolutionary mechanism. Everything else that humans attach to it is just a social construct made to deviate us from our purpose and put us under the control of other powers that be. But when you can experience your own sexuality fully and freely you will get back in touch with that purpose, back in touch with your true essence as a human being, back in touch with the meaning of life. And you will be getting in touch with another human being on the deepest and most ultimate level, and able to experience the synergy that two people of opposite sexual polarity can experience when that polarity comes together and harmonizes. You see you don’t just experience the evolution of human nature when procreating. You experience it as your own personal and interpersonal evolution when having sex and engaging in a sexual partnership with someone of opposite sexual polarity. But you cannot experience that when your mind is clouded with the constructs of social conditioning. So free your mind from the influence of socialization and the ways in which everyone says you should be experiencing your sexuality. Tune into your sexuality as a natural part of your human nature and allow yourself to become sexually liberated and empowered so that you can experience it truly. And when you have sex, allow yourself to really feel what is happening in your body, mind and spirit. Feel that energy, that synergy, and all of the reactions taking place within your being and between you and your partner taking you to the next level of your own personal and interpersonal existence and evolution. Really allow the sex you are having to take place as fully and powerfully as it was meant to as an evolutionary mechanism. When you can do that, you will be fulfilled as a human being. And there is no greater better feeling, or state of existence that you can experience. That is the power of your sexuality. It is already inherent within your human nature, all you have to do is free yourself of your blockage and allow it to take place.

Ptah in the tomb of Amenherkhepshef

The Tomb of Amenherkhepshef in the Valley of the Queens

by Jimmy Dunn writing as Mark Andrews

The Tombs of the sons of Ramesses III are considered some of the finest monuments in the Valley of the Queens on the West Bank at Luxor (ancient Thebes). One of these, QV55, belongs to Amenherkhepshef (Amun-her-Khepshef), his son by the Great Royal Wife, Tyti, who is listed in the tomb (QV52) as God's Wife and God's Mother. Her tomb lies nearby and includes some of the same titles on its walls.
Amenherkhepshef probably died in about the 30th year of Ramesses III's reign when he was around 15 years old (though some of his titles may indicate an older age), and was not one of the king's elder sons, though he did maintain a number of important positions within the court. We know from reliefs at Medinet Habu and the Karnak Temple that he was the fan bearer to the right of the king (a role more important then it sounds) a royal scribe and a cavalry commander. He was also the "Superior of the Two Lands, which probably saw him having a role in the management of the administrative affairs of the kingdom of Egypt. However, it should be noted that throughout his tomb, he wears the side locks of a youth. We find a stela in the Valley of the Dolmen at the sanctuary of Ptah and Meretseger with a partial image of the prince, which must have been an ex-voto in honor of him crafted by the artisans who worked on the construction of this eternal residence. He is also attested to by another fragmentary stela from Deir el-Medina, where he is in the presence of an unknown brother.
The tomb of this prince was discovered in 1903 and while it had been completely looted, probably during the 19th Dynasty, the structure itself and decorations were in excellent condition. It was discovered during the second excavation campaign conducted by the Italian Archaeological Mission conducted between 1903 and 1904.
Floor Plan of QV55
The tomb has a simple plan, consisting of a short flight of steps leading to a descending entrance ramp followed by an antechamber or entrance hall, which has an annex to the northwest. It is followed by the sarcophagus chamber, where the sarcophagus was originally discovered. This room also has an unfinished side annex to the northwest. Beyond the sarcophagus chamber is a chamber which was to provide access to the domain of the god Osiris, where the prince's sarcophagus is now located.
The decorative theme of this tomb features only Amenherkhepshef and his father, along with various gods, even though one of the inscriptions tells us that it was originally quarried at the request of the king for his "great royal children". We are fairly certain that it was not used by other princes.

Hathor receives Ramesses III and prince Amenherkhepshef

After the initial entrance corridor in the antechamber on the left, we first find scenes depicting this pharaoh leading his son, who carries a broad fan of feathers, to meet the great god, Ptah, after which Ramesses III intercedes for his son before Ptah-Tatenen. This is followed by two genies, including Duamutef with the head of a black dog and Imset with a human head. These are sons of Horus and protectors of the canopic jars. In each of these, the crowns and royal headgear are different. Next we find a fragmentary depiction of Ramesses III between Isis and Thoth.
On the opposite wall to either side of the annex doorway, are scenes representing Ramesses III followed by the prince before Shu, Qebhsenuef, Hapy. On the rear wall of the antechamber are scenes showing Ramesses III introducing his son into the presence of the goddesses Isis (to the left and Hathor (to the right). On the left Ramesses III wears make up, and wars the nemes with the uraeus at the front. On the right wall, Hathor wishes the king "an eternity of jubilees and an eternity of life and strength". Then on the door jambs to the original sarcophagus chamber are depictions of Isis and Nephthys performing the njnj (purification) rite. Within the antechamber, we find Ramesses III wearing a rather rare three part costume, consisting of a tunic of fine, transparent fabric. The sleeves, bordered with beads, form a flounce. Over this is worn a corselet adorned by two embroidered falcons on the flaps, which clings to the upper part of the chest and the shoulders of the king. Finally, there is a loincloth at the front, with the classic apron over it. The annex leading off of this chamber is undecorated.
On the inside of the door jambs of the sarcophagus chamber are scenes to either side depicting Horus Iun-mutef. On the left wall we encounter chapters 145 and 146 of the Book of the Dead. Here, the pharaoh is followed by the prince before texts, doors and the genies Iukenty (with an ox's head) and Qutgetef, related to the seventh and eighth gates, respectively, of the kingdom of Osiris. On the opposite wall we also find the same chapters from the Book of the Dead, but here the genies are Heneb-reku (with a black dog's head) and Sematy (with a ram's head) from the fifth and sixth gates, respectively, of the kingdom of Osiris. On the architrave leading to the last chamber we find the winged solar disk representing the god Horus-Behedety above two uraei serpents representing the goddessesWadjet and Nekhbet carrying Shen symbols surrounding the royal names. The last room is undecorated.

Recent research has revealed that Amenherkhepshef was never buried in this tomb. As it turns out, another sarcophagus, originally designed for Queen Tausert, was altered for this son of Ramesses III and discovered in the tomb of chancellor Bay (KV13). We really have no idea why this tomb was not used for the prince's burial.
Little in the way of artifacts were discovered in this tomb. The unfinished pink granite sarcophagus was found in the sarcophagus chamber but was later moved to the rear most chamber. Schiaparelli discovered a small wooden casket holding a fetus which had originally been wrapped in the bandages used for the process of embalming in the Valley of Prince Ahmes, a lateral wadi opening into the lowest part of the southern side of the Valley of the Queens. Today, the remains are contained in a small urn housed in the rear chamber of QV55.

PARTIAL CHRONOLOGY OF PSYCHIATRY’S ROLE IN CREATING THE HOLOCAUST

PARTIAL CHRONOLOGY OF PSYCHIATRY’S ROLE IN CREATING THE HOLOCAUST
“Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it.” ― Edmund Burke

...1916: Ernst Rüdin was appointed Professor of Psychiatry at the German Research Institute for Psychiatry, where he wrote a study on the genetic inheritability of schizophrenia and began a campaign to purge Germany of its “unfit stock.” Articles by and about him ran in the national U.S. eugenic press for years. In May 1922, the Journal of Heredity published a discussion by Rüdin on the inheritance of mental defects. In September 1924, Eugenical News published a report, asserting that Rüdin’s studies of the "inheritance of mental disorders are the most thorough that are being undertaken anywhere. It is hoped that they will be long continued and expanded." A 1925 Eugenical News article praised Rüdin, "whose dynamic personality infuses itself throughout the entire establishment." Later, the Journal of the American Medical Association also published a long report about his work on heredity and mental disease.
1920: Psychiatrist Alfred Hoche and Karl Binding, Chief Justice of the Reich, wrote The Permission to Destroy Life Unworthy of Living, stating that:
1. The suffering of a sick or wounded person who is about to die can be shortened through the use of a medical drug.
2. This acceleration of the death process is not an act of murder but "in truth a pure act of healing." (This justification was later used specifically by the Nazis in defense of their extermination programs).
3. A doctor should be able to employ euthanasia on any unconscious person without legal consequences....-from-

Key driver of human aging

"In the study, scientists at the Salk Institute and the Chinese Academy of Science found that the genetic mutations underlying Werner syndrome, a disorder that leads to premature aging and death, resulted in the deterioration of bundles of DNA known as heterochromatin.
The discovery, made possible through a combination of cutting-edge stem cell and gene-editing technologies, could lead to ways of countering age-related physiological declines by preventing or reversing damage to heterochromatin.
"Our findings show that the gene mutation that causes Werner syndrome results in the disorganization of heterochromatin, and that this disruption of normal DNA packaging is a key driver of aging," says Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte, a senior author on the paper. "This has implications beyond Werner syndrome, as it identifies a central mechanism of aging—heterochromatin disorganization—which has been shown to be reversible."

Cost-efficiency of plug-in hybrids calculated a thousand times faster

Plug-in hybrids are more fuel efficient thanks to the combination of electric motor and battery. However, the higher number of components the higher the manufacturing costs. The fuel savings must be calculated based on very long driving cycles, as variations in the way the car is driven and charged on different days plays a major role in fuel consumption. Analysing the fuel efficiency of different plug-in hybrids over long cycles is extremely time-consuming. A whole month of driving has to be analysed second by second, and millions of variables calculated.
Now a research team at Chalmers University of Technology has developed a quick and simple method for engineers to calculate the lowest cost, factoring in both manufacture and driving behaviour. Researcher Mitra Pourabdollah describes the method in her doctoral thesis:
"The operating cost of a plug-in hybrid depends on many different variables, such as the way you drive, how you charge the battery and how far you drive between charges," she says. "Driving habits also affect what size battery you need. Component prices, different battery types and different driving habits combined result in a huge number of parameters that impact the overall cost."
The new solution that Mitra Pourabdollah presents involves using a so-called convex optimisation algorithm. The algorithm acts as a tool in which researchers enter the various parameters that can affect the cost of a plug-in hybrid, and see the results very quickly. The new method speeds up this part of the design process twentyfold. In extreme cases, calculations that would normally take a thousand hours can be completed in half an hour -- almost two thousand times faster than previously.
"Dramatic time savings at this stage will allow more opportunities to consider other aspects of the design of the drivetrain and gain a broader perspective," Mitra Pourabdollah claims.
"Rapid feedback is essential for creative work," says Anders Grauers, one of the supervisors of the project. "Even discounting such extreme cases, the new method means that you can get the results of your calculations the same working day, a very significant benefit for the creative process." Mitra Pourabdollah's research colleagues Nikolce Murgovski and Lars Johannesson Mårdh originally came up with the idea of applying convex optimisation to a complex vehicle model. They began by developing a method for plug-in hybrid buses. Following on from their work, Mitra Pourabdollah studied how the method could be applied to passenger cars. The basic algorithm is very flexible -- and fun to work with.
"Finding a way to describe the various components that fit convex optimisation is a bit like a game," explains Mitra Pourabdollah. "The method has many other application areas as well, for example in active safety."

Sternberg’s Love Theory

Sternberg’s Love Theory: There are Three Components of Love: Commitment, Passion and Intimacy

The first component talks about intimacy. According to the theory, it is the feeling of attachment, closeness and connectedness. The second component is the passion, the firey depth and intense feeling you get when you like someone. It encompasses the drive connected to both limerence (romantic attraction) and sexual attraction. Commitment comes in to tie the two together. It is a decision to remain with one another (short term) and plans made in the future (long term).
The forms of love are combinations of the three components that was described above. According to this theory, it takes 6 manifestations and they are as follows.
Nonlove: It is merely the absence of the three components. This basically characterizes the majority of our personal relationships, which are simply casual interactions. It could apply to your acquaintances or someone you’re not particularly attached with.
Friendship: This is characterized when intimacy is present. This is the set of feelings one experiences without the intense feeling of passion or commitment in the romantic sense. This can however be a root for the other forms of love to manifest.
Infatuated Love: It is called infatuation when passion is present, and both liking and commitment is absent. Crushes (whether celebrity or not) fall under this category. People with nothing but a sexual relationship with each other also manifest this category, as they are only bounded by carnal desires and nothing more. This is the most common root of romantic love, as it is believed that intimacy develops over time. But if neither intimacy nor commitment is develop, this can fizzle over time.
Empty Love: An example of this is an unhappy marriage, where the intimacy or the liking for the spouse is gone, and the flames of passion have already been put out a long time ago; nothing left but the contract of marriage itself. Empty love is characterized by the absence of passion and intimacy despite the presence of commitment. A strong love may deteriorate into empty love. And if we flip the spotlight to arranged marriages; going into the marriage, it can be categorized as empty love, which can seep into another form of love over time.
Romantic Love: This form of love is a combination between intimacy and passion. Lovers who are under this category are said to not only be drawn and bonded physically, but emotionally as well. This is one of the most common stepping stones to a married life. In this kind of relationship, it lacks the commitment. So it’s a little bit easier to scrap it out when both of the parties involved have had enough of it, without all the legal issues to deal with.
Companionate Love: It is characterized by the combination of intimacy and commitment, and the absence of passion. This is stronger than the friendship form because of the element of commitment. Companionate love is observed in long-term marriages, where you don’t exactly need the passion in order to stay in love with your partner, because the affection remained. It can also be observed among family members and close friends who have a platonic, but strong friendship.
Fatuous Love: A very good example of a fatuous love is Kim Kardashian’s marriage to Kris Humphires, only to divorce him 72 days later. It’s the type of whirlwind romances that end up in our television sets. Fatuous love is just that. This type of love is the combination of commitment and passion without intimacy. With my example of Kim and Kris’ wedding, their marriage was not enforced by intimacy, plus they got married so soon, and publicly as well, that might be a contributing factor to the end of their short-lived married life.
Consummate Love: This type of love sits at the very center of the triangle, because this is said to be the perfect and ideal type of love. All three components are present in this type of love and this is some sort of a goal for people who are in a relationship. According to Sternberg, these couples will continue to have a great sex life fifteen years or more into the relationship, they cannot imagine themselves happier over the long-term with anyone else, they overcome their difficulties gracefully, and each delight in the relationship with one other. However, Sternberg himself cautions that maintaining this relationship is harder than achieving it. And this is not a permanent form of love.
Sternberg had stressed the importance of communication in any kind of love. “Without love” he warns, “even the greatest love can die.”

Five simple rules to be happy

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.
Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.
2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens.
3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less from people but more from yourself.
You have two choices... smile and close this page,
or pass this along to someone else to share the lesson

How does blood type diet work?

D’Adamo says that ever individual has its own way of responding to foods, which is connected to the blood type. According him, lectins, or carbohydrate-binding proteins, attach to different blood type in a different way. The reaction between lectins and blood types can sometimes harm health.
The doctor explained certain changes and side-effects in his book, but his main goal was to analyze which food are suitable for each blood type, and of course, the amount in which they should be consumed.
Four basic blood types
1. Blood type A
20,000 years ago, in the developing stage of agriculture, this blood type went through the change of a lifetime. People with this blood type should be vegetarians, and they are also referred to as “the agrarians.”
People with blood type A should avoid meat, and eat more fruits, veggies, beans, legumes and whole grains.
In other words, organic and fresh foods are the real deal for these people, because they have a sensitive immunity.
2. Blood type O
Dating since 30,000 years ago, this is the oldest blood type. Unlike other blood types, it requires protein-high nutrition. These are “the hunters.”
People with blood type 0 should eat protein-loaded foods, including lean meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. They should avoid grains, beans and dairy products. To treat stomach ache and other health problems these individuals should take different supplements.
3. Blood type B
“The nomads” can adapt to dairy products and have the most versatile digestive tract. This blood type appeared 10,000 years ago.
People with blood type B should avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds. According to D’Adamo, chicken can also cause some health problems. He recommends consuming large amounts of vegetables, eggs, certain meat and low-fat dairy products.
4. Blood type AB
These are “the enigmas,” because this blood type is only 1,000 years ago. As this is the most recently developed type, the diet varies between blood type A and B.
People with blood type AB should eat tofu, seafood, dairy, and green vegetables. D’Adamo says that these people struggle with heartburn, and they should avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoked meat.
If you still have not determined your blood type, ask your doctor.
Food recommendations for each blood type:
Blood type A
Foods to eat: vegetables, whole grains (not pasta or bread), berries, figs, avocados, apples and peaches. Nuts and soy are the only proteins allowed.
Foods to avoid: any kind of meat, dairy products, and kidney beans.
Blood type O
Foods to eat: red meat, poultry (chicken, turkey), seafood and other proteins. Speaking of veggies, eat more kale, spinach, kelp and broccoli.
Foods to avoid: legumes (beans, peanuts, lentils), dairy products, eggs, wheat and grains.
Blood type B
Foods to eat: fruits, green vegetables, certain grains, red meat, fish, turkey.
Foods to avoid: seeds, chicken, peanuts, lentils, corn, and buckwheat.
Blood type AB
Foods to eat: turkey, tofu, seafood and fish, vegetables, beans, watermelon, figs, apples, bananas, legumes.
Foods to avoid: buckwheat, corn, red meat (causes stomach acid). Be careful when consuming alcohol and caffeine.
Organic food is great for all blood types. Ask a nutritionist to help you improve your diet. Food groups are strict, and you do not have to worry about excess calories. Learn more about the positive and negative effect of the food you eat. If the members of your family have different diet, the Atkins diet is the real solution for you as it avoids entire food groups.
Nutrition for one blood type fits one person, but it is unsuitable for other. To understand the whole concept, read Dr Adamo’s book. Ask your doctor or nutritionist for an advice, and introduce some healthy changes into your diet. Be careful if you are dealing with a special health condition.

Astraphobia

Astraphobia, also known as astrapophobia, brontophobia, keraunophobia, or tonitrophobia, is an abnormal fear of thunder and lightning, a type of specific phobia. It is a treatable phobia that both humans and animals can develop. A person with astraphobia will often feel anxious during a thunderstorm even when they understand that the threat to them is minimal. Some symptoms are those accompanied with many phobias, such as trembling, crying, sweating, panicked reactions, the sudden feeling of using the bathroom, nausea, the feeling of dread, and rapid heartbeat. However, there are some reactions that are unique to astraphobia. For instance, reassurance from other people is usually sought, and symptoms worsen when alone. Many people who have astraphobia will look for extra shelter from the storm. They might hide underneath a bed, under the covers, in a closet, in a basement, or any other space where they feel safer. Efforts are usually made to smother the sound of the thunder; the person may cover their ears or curtain the windows. A sign that someone has astraphobia is a very heightened interest in weather forecasts. An astraphobic person will be alert for news of incoming storms. They may watch the weather on television constantly during rainy bouts and may even track thunderstorms online. This can become severe enough that the person may not go outside without checking the weather first. In very extreme cases, astraphobia can lead to agoraphobia, the fear of leaving the home. - Psych Pedia

Forces That Form Your Future

Force of Beliefs
Changing your belief system can change your life. You can have something right in your heart, but wrong in your mind and no amount of good intentions or right motives will compensate for self-sabotaging beliefs. Do you think you got the short end of the stick? Do you believe you have insurmountable adversity? Do you wonder whether you are a chump or a champ? Do you believe that you are strong or weak?
- Remember this: your most dominant beliefs always win. So choose to believe good things about yourself and your future.
Force of Relationships
Going anywhere substantial is impossible alone. For instance, when I board an airplane to take me to another city, there are teams of people who are involved in my journey. There are members of the security team who keep me safe. There are the pilots I trust to be competent and qualified to get me to my destination. There are the flight attendants, who make the journey comfortable and more enjoyable. This team helps me get to where I want to go. My journey is better, safer and complete because of these people. In the same way, your life's journey will involve people connections.
- Evaluate the relationships in your life, taking the initiative to surround yourself with people who will help you get to the places of your highest potential.
Force of Habits
Great people have great habits. The power of our success or failure is in what we do repeatedly. One does not become a coffee drinker because he or she drank one cup of coffee, or a smoker because he or she smoked one cigarette, or a generous person because of one gift given. We improve our lives when we change our habits. Don't put all your energy into getting rid of bad habits. Instead, focus on developing good habits to replace the bad ones. For example, giving compliments breaks the habit of being critical, eating healthy foods breaks the yearning for unhealthy foods, and paying attention to time breaks the habit of being late.
- Put your energy into developing good habits.
Force of Words
More than a sound, words are a creative force. They have the power to bring encouragement, blessing, healing and wisdom or hurt, shame and discouragement. Words change the course of history. The words of Abraham Lincoln and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. pointed us toward the goals of justice and equality, and Patrick Henry's "Give me liberty or give me death'' speech connected with his countrymen and rallied them to victory in the Revolutionary War. Words have the power to bless or curse the future. The people you influence are counting on you to speak words of life, truth and hope.
- Think about this: how would your life be different if your words were more positive, uplifting and encouraging?
This is what I love about the future: We can do something about it. These are just a few of the factors that impact our life. We don't have to feel powerless, pessimistic or anxious about what lies ahead. I believe we can partner with God to live the best lives He has called us to. It is never too late to decide that you're going to take ownership of the choices you make in life. Our greatest power is our power to choose.

Physical-mathematical Individuality and maths discovery-invention individuality as well.

There is indivi-duality, not only physical-mathematical, but also in consideration of whether mathematics is invention or discovery; it is an indivi-duality invention-discovery. This is the key to next paragraph of the distinguished mathematician Langlands:
*At times, the opposite happens. I awakes and for some moments Finds a world Where actual mathematical Entities seem as as the furniture.
"It's nightmarish," I says. "It must have something to do With madness. If in the middle of the night you wake up and there's some fusion Between the mathematical objects and the real world, then a you're mad.*
And I would add that I see in his theories to the great Grothendieck as a real instigator or inspiring him. Weyl, Langlands, Serre and others follow his theory of motives, which even says Arthur would not be surprised to be elementary particles in the universe:
*Spectacular discoveries in physics Have Been foretold by mathematics. One of history's foremost mathematicians, the German Carl Friedrich Gauss, in the early 1800s Calculated a theorem on the intrinsic curvature of space, echoed in Einstein's theory of relativity Almost a century later.
In the early 1960s, American physicist Murray Gell-Mann used the math principles of group theory to organize composite particles called hadrons and to predict the existence and distribution of sub-atomic quarks. Experiments confirmed several years later Organizing Both the pattern and the quarks. I have Received the Nobel Prize in physics for esta work in 1969.
"Mathematics Allows you to see the invisible," Frenkel says.
The link Currently some exciting Physicists Involves a "duality" found Between the forces of electricity and magnetism. These forces are Said to be symmetrical - They Affect each other in the same way. In quantum physics, esta duality center is to the quest for a theory Known That unites all physical interactions in the universe, from the stars to the smallest particles.
The symmetry Between electricity and magnetism parallels One That exists in Langlands' conjectures, mathematical Involving groups associate With That automorphic forms. String theorist Edward Witten of the Institute for Advanced Studies describe the existence of esta analog as "amazing."

"We of course do not know how the story will Develop from here," I says in an email to the Star. "Maybe the physics will shed light on number theory, number theory maybe will produce insights That will help Physicists. Maybe for a long time and we will not know the two parts of the picture will mostly just Develop Independently of each other. "
Arthur will not be surprised if Eventually Physicists discover math That's elusive key motives exist as particles in the universe. That Sentimental Dismisses Langlands as fantasy. He's convinced the majority of Physicists, DESPITE Witten's giant reputation, see little value in Applying His Work.*

Handling Most Common Types of Difficult Employees

BETH MILLER
CONTRIBUTOR
Leadership Development Advisor, Speaker, Executive Coach
As you likely already know, difficult people can negatively impact team performance and morale. Now that you're a business leader, developing the skills to identify and deal with difficult people can help you continue to steer your company toward success. Toward that aim, get to know six of the most common difficult employee profiles:

1. The Victim

The victim is the least accountable person in the office. Things always seem to happen “to” a victim.
How to approach The Victim: The manager must clearly define accountability. Be really clear about what the person should be doing, the quality of the work that should be delivered and the time in which that should happen. Adopt a language of accountability as outlined in the book, Winning With Accountability, by Henry Evans.

2. The Hisser

Hissers are like coiled snakes. When provoked, they rise and strike, leaving terror in their wake. Hissers are prone to rants and raves. They can be pushy, or even be bullies. Nobody ever quite knows what will set these people off.
How to approach The Hisser: Explore the factors that drive this person's behavior. If the hisser doesn’t care how his or her behavior impacts the team, don't expect a turnabout. Work with the Hisser on a 90-day performance plan outlining opportunities for growth and change. If this step doesn't work, expect the Hisser to move on.

3. The Negative Nellie

Negative Nellies always seem ready to burst a good bubble. They are averse to change, and resist new policies and processes.
How to approach a Negative Nellie: Negative employees can be trying, but when managers know how to handle them, they actually can be important to team dynamics. Every team needs a devil’s advocate! Try to help your persistent pessimist leverage his or her negativity, in order to seek out positive team results. But don’t put these particular people in a leadership role!

4. The Ghost

Somewhere along the way, you'll hear these things: “Sorry, I won’t be in today, I’m sick once again!” “I’d love to help you with this project, but I’ve just got so many other things to do.” “I’m running out for coffee. Be back soon [in an hour]!” The Ghost always seems to disappear whenever there is work to be done.
How to approach The Ghost: Unfortunately, Ghosts rarely turn themselves around. They may be ducking out to go on job interviews, or they may just know in their heart of hearts that the job isn’t for them. A frank, honest discussion about employee fit is often the most effective way to deal with a Ghost.

5. The Narcissist

Narcissists are the opposite of team players. They are all about themselves and their own egos.
How to approach a Narcissist: A narcissist is unlikely to change, though change is possible. If a narcissist is extremely talented, there may be a way to create an option where he or she works alone or has limited team interaction. There are also some narcissists who may be able to make adjustments if they are highly motivated toward success. Their goal orientation will motivate them to modify their behaviors when in team environments.

6. The Einstein

These people are smart, and they know it. They are often quick to let everyone else know it, too. Einsteins are rigid in their views and can often come across as arrogant.
How to approach an Einstein: Have a know-it-all explore the ways in which his or her intelligence impacts the team both positively and negatively. Let the Einsteen do a solo analysis and draw his or her own conclusions. But guide the process so that you can coach Mr. or Ms. Einstein through any necessary change.
Overall, managing difficult employees is never easy, and it is a skill that can take years to develop. However, when leaders do identify problem employees, they can be managed -- either to improve behavior and performance, or to move on from the organization. No matter what, difficult employees should be coached sooner, rather than later, to minimize their impact on the rest of the team.

Sex offending may be in the genes but knowing that won't prevent it

"The implication is that the potential for committing a sex offence may be written in our genes. But while this is an interesting finding, it is unlikely to help prevent sex crimes or catch offenders.
The research, which analysed DNA from 21,566 men convicted of sex offences in Sweden between 1973 and 2009, found that sons and brothers of convicted sex offenders were four to five times more likely to be convicted of sex crimes than men in the general population. In seeking to explain this connection, the researchers found that in only 2% of cases could this familial connection be explained by shared environmental factors, such as social or environmental aspects of their upbringing that siblings would have experienced together."

கடல் அனுபவங்கள் Sakthi Jothi
