4500years old complex system of measuring weights and scales

4500years old complex system of measuring weights and scales reflects the scientific knowledge of such cities like Mohenjo-daro and Harappa further north. The measurements are said to be extremely precise, as an ivory scale found at Lothal divides itself
into increments as small as 1.704 mm. The trading weights were made into perfect ratios of 5:2:1
comprised of 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 units, with each unit weighing approximately 28 grams. The measurement units conform to same as described by Chanakya in Arthshastra.
