Vladimir Smirnov was born on November, 1st 1941 in Yaroslavl. Vladimir was educated in the Yaroslavl art school (1961) and the Art-graphic faculty of the Kostroma state pedagogical institute (1975). Now Vladimir is a professor of the Yaroslavl art school. Favourite technic - a water color. The participant of regional, regional and republican exhibitions. Personal exhibitions: 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006 Yaroslavl.
